Mission

To provide best in class real estate service and expertise to those who require an honest, hardworking, and responsive real estate professional.

I have always strived to be the best I can be in whatever it is that has my attention.  Since graduating from High School as a valedictorian of my class, to attending the prestigious Boy’s State program, interning at the executive LULAC office in Washington DC,  to being named on the Dean’s List at UC Davis, to becoming the Vice Chair for the City of Covina Cultural Arts Advisory Commission (I can share many other accomplishments with you if you are interested)–I have always tried my best at everything I do.

My passion has always been in service since a young age.  I feel happy helping others, and connecting buyers and sellers is an extremely rewarding experience for me.  I am also a man of my word, and have honored every promise I have ever made.  My second passion is food+drink.  I enjoy sharing my passions with everyone I meet, and enjoy hearing what others have to say about them as well. Interesting conversation is always welcome, so I hope to hear from you soon!

History

Starting in 1988, I have been passionate about providing home buyers, sellers, and investors first-class expertise and real estate service.

  • LATE 1990'S

    I started working in the field of real estate in the late 90s. I worked my way up the ladder learning as much as I could about the career opportunities within real estate. I was an assistant to a real estate broker, and then to a mortgage broker. My experiences helped me get a “big picture” understanding of real estate. I continued to work in real estate matters all the way through the completion of my degree in political science from UC Davis in 2005.

  • 2005 AND BEYOND

    I have been a full time licensed Realtor since 2005, and have made customer service my number one priority. One of our principles is that “no deal is too big or too small” for my team to service. Therefore we have helped a lot of people with their real estate needs in many income brackets. We treat our clients with fairness and honesty.

  • 2018 GROWTH

    There is no greater compliment than to receive referrals from your past clients. Client referrals are not uncommon for the Santana Team, and we are planning to grow exponentially during this year as we extend our services to short sales and loan modifications.
